The easiest way to get this is to parachute in through the broken part of the roof nearby, which will drop you next to the objective. You need to visit the north side of the main terminal building, to where you can see a corridor leading out of the top of the building. To complete this, visit the Airport, the named location in the west of the map.

If you're struggling to do this Intel quickly - the TV Station is a popular location - then try parachuting through the broken segment of roof to the ground floor, then going through the double doors and taking a right, where the desk will be in front of you. Press the button prompt and it'll be yours. Look at the desk and you will see the Intel. You specifically need to go to the news room area, which is on the ground floor on the main building. To complete this, visit the TV Station, the named location in the middle of the map.
